“ Franks is a well-established restaurant that has been serving customers for many years. My experiences at this restaurant have always been enjoyable. Over time, I've noticed some changes in the Italian cuisine they offer, but I believe the restaurant strives to provide the best experience for its patrons. ”
“ This is one of our favorite places to get Italian food? It's local. Great atmosphere and great service. ”
“ Amazing food and exceptional service! Brittany and Ava provided such great service, so welcoming and provided excellent suggestions! We went with fried zucchini, Caesar salad and fettuccine pesto with chicken! Highly recommended! We will definitely be back to try more of their delicious dishes! ”
“ I've read some negative reviews of this charming little restaurant in Parkville, my friend and I ate there recently and thought it was delicious. We both had the Fettuccine Sicilian, a pasta dish with peas, mushrooms and bacon. Our server was attentive and we were delighted to find a gluten free offering for my partner. The side salad was a great starter and the dressing tasted house made. The bread sticks were fresh and flavorful. We both love strong garlic flavor and Franks delivered. There's limited seating. The rest room was clean. Overall a good experience. If you're in Parkville give it a try. ”
“ Came here not long ago, and could have sworn I left this place my review for their good food. My husband and I had stopped by here while in Parkville. We have our favorite Italian restaurant near where we live, and hardly ever venture to try another. Since we were here, we thought we would try the meatball spaghetti as a safe sampling of Frank's Italian food. Needless to say, we felt that the food hit the spot, and we were well impressed. Their marinara sauce was not too acidic like some marinara sauces can be, and it had a good flavor blend, and the meatballs were pretty good along with it. We got a chance to sit out on their patio deck and enjoyed the ambiance there. The waiter was very attentive and would not pass up on making sure that we had our drinks and were well served. If ever I am in the area, I plan to come back and try their lasagna roll. ”
“ There's no reason for this place to have such a low rating. I was surprised to see only 3 stars when Frank's deserve at least 4. Located on Parkville's cute little downtown square, seating outside available, and adorable inside, this place was really good. Food was great and drinks were even better. The service was very good as well with a perfect little small Italian family feels. We started with the calamari. Obviously just frozen, BUT it was still very tasty. The homemade sauce really did it for me. I would order again, and that's saying a lot for frozen. Entrees were served with breadstick and oil, and salads. I'm not lying when I say the best Caesar salad dressing I think I've ever had. That alone could have been a small meal. For dinner, we ordered the pork chop special which was 2 pork chops served with noodles in a red wine sauce. The pork was a little dry but the flavors made up for that. I ordered the seafood pasta and was pleasantly surprised. It had 6 HUGE shrimps to go with it along side clams. (Only 3 clams which is disappointing for a clam lover but still very good) the sauce had a hint of spice but I found myself eating way past the point of being full that's how good it was. I even had leftovers that's how huh the portion size was. I would 100% recommend this small little italien place. We will for sure make our way back again. ”
